We'd love to be on the water all the time, but sometimes it's just not possible. Winter evenings are too dark for water sessions, and, whatever the season, the wind and waves can conspire to make conditions unsafe. When that's the case, we turn to land training, on the beach, in our small gym or on rowing machines. A number of members are keen runners and cyclists, and with some beautiful routes on our doorstep, that's always an option too!
